    PokeZenn is based out of Seattle, WA

    Shipping address must reside in the US. No international shipping.

    All items will be shipped at the end of the current week. Monday is the primary shipping day of processed orders

    If you are an international customer ordering from anywhere other than the United States you will be required to pay customs & duties charges on imported items. These are fees charged by your local government on items arriving from overseas.  Returns items due to unpaid customs fees will require shipping to be paid again or will be considered abandoned.
